You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. It is important that the product to be sent as a return does not lose its resalable feature and is packaged as it arrives. You can send your return with Domestic Cargo (XXXXX) by sending the number (return cargoes sent without using the code are not received), your order name and CIELO warehouse name.

Product return and exchange conditions:

The product must be unused. The product must be in original condition, in its original packaging with original labels. If any, the accessories of the product sent with the product must be sent in full. The original package of the product must not be damaged and must not have lost its resalable feature. The original box must not be taped, labelled or written on. The product must be sent in its original CIELO box or in another box that will not be damaged. Products that do not comply with these conditions will be sent back to your address without any action. Can I exchange products for products purchased from Cielosunglasses.com?

As of the date you receive the product, if the requested colour variant is available in stock, exchange transactions can be made within 14 days. For more detailed information, please contact our customer representatives via destek@cielosunglasses.com .

How long does the exchange process take?

If the requested colour variants are in stock, the exchange process is completed within 2/3 days and the new product is sent free of charge with our contracted cargo companies. If the colour variant requested for change is in our different warehouse stocks, it is supplied and sent within 4/5 working days. When the order is delivered to the cargo, information is sent to the registered e-mail address.

What kind of action is taken if the colour variant I requested to change is out of stock?

If the stocks of the requested colour variant are out of stock, the registered e-mail address is notified. If you wish, you can exchange for a different colour variant or request a refund. Note: If there is no return to the notification within 5 days, the refund process is initiated.
